Monthly subscription and auto-payments
When you purchase a Piracymeter plan, you initiate a monthly auto-renewable subscription. This means that payments are made at the beginning of every billing cycle, which starts on the day of your first payment. Your plan remains active for a full calendar month. For instance, if you purchase a plan on November 1st, your account will remain active until December 1st and you will be billed for the next month on the same day.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log into your dashboard account, click the profile icon in the top right corner and select 'Account & Billing', followed by 'My Subscription'. Then choose the subscription tab you wish to cancel and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. Post-cancellation, your monthly payments will be suspended and you'll receive a notification in your email.
What happens after a cancel my subscription?
Even after canceling your subscription, you can continue using your service plan until the last day of your billing cycle (subscription period). After the completion of your subscription, you will not be able to use the API. However, all projects and links will remain accessible in your dashboard account. If you wish to resume using the services, you'll need to purchase a plan again.
Can I change the number of regions and projects after purchasing a subscription?
No, you cannot change the number of regions and projects after purchasing a subscription.
Once you have purchased a subscription, you are committed to the plan you have chosen. If you need to change the number of regions or projects, you will need to cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one.
To cancel your current subscription:
Go to your account settings.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Click "Cancel subscription."
To purchase a new subscription:
Go to the pricing page.
Select the plan you want to purchase.
Click "Order."
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal for your convenience. For other payment methods, please contact our support team.
Late payments
We understand that sometimes delays may occur in processing payments. However, it's important to note that if a payment is not received by the due date, your Piracymeter subscription may be temporarily suspended until the payment is fully processed.
In case your payment fails, you'll receive a notification email. We suggest you promptly check the payment details associated with your account and ensure they're accurate and up-to-date. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for assistance.
Please note that during the period of non-payment, your access to Piracymeter services, including the API, might be limited. It is always in your best interest to ensure timely payments to enjoy uninterrupted service. If you are experiencing any issues or difficulties with payment, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Are there any additional costs apart from subscription fee?
The cost of each plan is all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges.
Can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds on pre-purchased plans (monthly subscriptions), with exceptions made only in cases of duplicate payments or service disruption due to technical problems.
